Membership Agreement

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and maintain and update such information to maintain its truth, accuracy and completeness. Whenever you post any information on, or to, the site, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. Silverindo reserves the right to terminate your account upon the discovery that the information you provided or posted is not complete or accurate. Memberships are nontransferable. You may cancel your membership at any time, all benefits will be forfeited. Silverindo Investment Club may stop taking registrations for Silverindo.com at any time for any reason. Your membership may be placed on hold or terminated at any time if Silverindo determines you are not in compliance with any of the terms listed on this site. If your membership is terminated you may not re-enroll. Silverindo reserves the right to take legal action against any Member for causing damage to Silverindo in the country of residence or domicile of the Member or before any other competent authority and in all cases Maritime Law shall remain exclusively applicable.

By being a member you are agree to comply Silverindo investment's Terms of Service, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use of Silverindo.com. By being a member you request permission to actively participate in the services and benefits of Silverindo Investment Club as long as Silverindo allows you to do so. These services and benefits may be terminated by Silverindo at any time for any reason. As a member you are not in any way a representative or agent of Silverindo. You may not make any claims of any sort relative to the benefits of Silverindo which are not found clearly presented by Silverindo in its written information. You do not work for Silverindo or have a contract to perform services for wages or salary or payment of any kind.

You must protect the User ID and password you use to access this site. You authorize us to assume that any person using the site with your User ID and password is either you, or authorized to act for you.

You as Silverindo Investment Club members are NOT permitted to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your local jurisdiction.
• Access non-public or authorized-only area of the website. Individuals attempting to access these areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
• Gather any user's information available from the site, such as other users' names and email addresses, for any commercial or business purposes or to transmit any unsolicited advertising, "junk mail", "spam" or "chain letters".
• Registering more than one account per person
• Post a false, untrue, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, threatening content regarding Silverindo Investment club and Silverindo.com in our site or any other site.
• Repeat any action after you receive a warning or an order to desist from Silverindo for doing so, whether that action is explicitly stated in our policy or not.

Failure to abide these terms will cause account termination without prior notice.
