Disclaimer

1. You agree not to hold Silverindo Investment Club, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders or any other party involved in creating, managing, or delivering the Club (including but not limited to third party applications, partners, and Club members) liable for any direct, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or indirect damages and loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other tangible loss you may have resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use the club, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we know of the possibility of such damage.
2. In the event of force majeure, (extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of Silverindo happens), Silverindo will be exempted from all liability and guarantee including but not limited to point (2) and point (6) of Term of Service.
3. This Force Majeure includes but not limited to war, strikes, riot, crime, act of God (e.g., flood, earthquake, volcano), governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers. And all the effects of downtime in any fiancial means used by Silverindo Investment Club.
4. You agree and accept the fact that we may update our terms and conditions herein at any given time and notify these changes by posting an updated version on our website.
